Other things to note Please note, there is a Studio Apartment upstairs to the house which could also have guests in at the time of your stay. They have exclusive access to the upstairs apartment & balcony & one allocated car bay. This Studio Apartment has a separate entry which is located to the left side of the front door. This house could be booked together with the studio apartment if you need the extra room, it sleeps 2 in the main bedroom, plus 2 on the queen size sleeper couch. Enquire for further details & rates. Aircon/heating- Reverse cycle air con units in the living areas and master bedroom. Plus a ducted system to games room and other bedrooms. We have security cameras to the front and back yard, they are visual cameras only. Pets will be considered upon request as additional rules will apply.
