The space This is a 20m2 studio apartment, refurbished, equipped and located on the 1st floor of a modern and recent building, with lift. You can put blankets on it and rest. The flat is extremely quiet, and overlooks a small park. ABOUT THE RESIDENCE - The residence is secure. There are two digicodes and a concierge. - You have access to a mailbox. - Lift in the building - A pram / bicycle room - A large laundry room in the building with washing machine and dryer - A garbage room - A common lounge - with sofa, television, library with books, large dining table - for all residents of the building. - A small park where you can sit Guest access You will have access to the whole house.
