Airy one-bedroom apartment with AC and beautiful sea views

Just 10 minutes away from Skellefteå is our guest house, which is bright, airy and inviting! Dogs are welcome but not cats due to allergies. The cottage has large windows facing the horizon and is furnished with what you need. Here you sleep in a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide, on a thick spring mattress. From there, you also have a view of the pier from which brave guests usually take a dip. If you want a separate bedroom, ask! Most of the time, we can arrange it! It is wall to wall with a bed 160 cm wide. The space The cottage consists of a single room, with high ceilings and white-painted wooden walls. Large windows facing east and the sunrise. Also, sea views. Here, it is quiet and peaceful and nature is close. There are blackout curtains and also AC and underfloor heating, if the cottage needs to be cooled/heated. An electric awning also helps keep the heat out. Of course, there is internet, a kitchenette with necessary equipment and toilet with shower. There is a TV in the room and an armchair with a footstool. Outside the entrance there is a terrace with dining area and parasol. From the swimming jetty, you have a nice view towards Boviken's village and the sunset. There is a bathing ladder and the possibility of swimming. If you want to feel sand between your toes, Boviksbadet is only five minutes away, by car. Other things to note It is important to note that only dogs are welcome! No cats due to allergies.
