The College Street Retreat offers all the amenities of home, and ideal location to spend a couple nights close to it all! The space This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully remodeled and has been stocked with home in mind! There is a living room with a large cozy couch to relax after a day of traveling! Next there is a formal dining room, great for having meals like you would at home. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make a great meal as well as items on the go. We have a coffee maker and a toaster. There is even a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The primary bedroom offers a queen sized bed, full closet with hangers, and TV. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. This bedroom has a closet with hangers and a dresser for convenience. The third bedroom has multiple closets with hangers. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom on the lower level. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a dedicated work station for those coming into town for business. There is street parking in the front of the home and off-street parking in the rear of the home. This place is super cozy!
