Edicula Gringas Other things to note IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR TENANTS – GRINGAS BUILDING Dear guests, To ensure good coexistence and conservation of the space, we ask for your attention and cooperation in complying with the instructions below: • We do not provide towels, bedding, tablecloths, or bath linens. Please bring the necessary items for your stay. • All garbage must be left in sealed bags in the street trash can before handing over the keys to the landlord. • Store tables and chairs after use. • Do not leave food or beverage leftovers in the oven, stove, refrigerator, or brewery. • Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink at the end of the rental. • Cover the pool with the thermal blanket whenever it is not in use. • Please do not leave the air conditioner on with the doors open. • Make sure to remove all personal belongings. We are not responsible for items forgotten after handing over the keys. • Do not flush objects or papers of any kind down the toilet. Thank you for your understanding and care for the property.
