It is a house on 2 floors, distributed on the ground floor with a living-dining room, full kitchen, full bathroom and shower. Upstairs are the 2 Bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. In front it has a garden and space for 2 cars, in the back a large park with grill and beach shower. The space 2 bathrooms, 4 beds (one double, one single and one sailor) for up to 5 people, air conditioning in both bedrooms, gas network, wooded garden in front closed with gate and with capacity to park 2 cars, at the bottom large park with grill and beach shower.
