This home has brand new everything - room, kitchen, bathroom, flooring, lighting, etc and is furnished with gorgeous yet comfy furniture, art and decor. It is near all the prime fun areas like downtown Indy, Mass Ave, Fletcher Place, Lucas Oil Stadium, Fountain Sq. The home is near many amazing restaurants/bars such as Kuma's, Thunderbird, Milktooth. The space The entire studio has been completely remodeled in 2022 and fully furnished with brand-new furniture and hand-picked decor. The whole setup feels adorable, cute and comfy with modern look throughout! When entering the studio you will walk into the bedroom/living room with a very comfy bed, couch and closet. The full kitchen is at the far left side of the studio. The bathroom is located on the right (opposite of the kitchen). There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom.
