This spacious property is designed to be your home-away-from-home. It’s centrally located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Peoria. Enjoy the large backyard with a spa, built-in grill and fire pit. With two large tables, both outside and inside, there's plenty of room to gather. The family sectional, is always a hit as it seats 10+. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and utensil you may need. The open floor plan makes it easy to spend time together in the kitchen and living room. The space All 4 bedrooms are upstairs along with 2 full bathrooms. The half bathroom is downstairs along with the laundry, office space, kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large bathroom and double vanity. There is a soaking tub and separate shower. The other 3 bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom, which also has a double vanity, shower and tub. The other bedrooms have a full bed, queen bed and king bed. The queen and full bedroom have 55 inch mounted TVs. Guest access The home is about 15 minutes away from State Farm Stadium and 5 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex, shopping at Arrowhead Mall and dining at P83. Other things to note There is a keypad on the front door that will be set up with a custom code for entry and exit. There is an easy-to-use home security system as well as front yard and front door cameras. Please be aware that this is my full time home and I have a black lab. You may notice a small amount of fine black hairs on the couch or around the home. The home is regularly deep cleaned as well as professionally cleaned prior to every stay. It would be impossible to remove every hair (if you have four legged family, you get it). If you have a concern with allergies, our home may not be the best option for you. For liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you plan to have any visitors during your stay, please contact the host directly to confirm beforehand.
