Centrally located so close to beaches and downtown. Owner is in town and just a phone call away if you need anything. 14 minutes to Treasure Island beach. 16 minutes to down town Saint Petersburg. St Petersburg requires 30 day min stay. The space Upon entry there is a large dining room followed by a breakfast area which opens up into the kitchen. Moving toward the back of the home, there is a large family room that overlooks the pool. There is a nice back yard pool area with propane bbq and patio seating. There are 3 bedrooms. The two smaller bedrooms have queen size beds and have close access to the hall bath which has a full tub / shower. The master bedroom has a large closet. The master bath has a stand up shower and vanity.
