There are pots, pans, salad bowls, storage containers, Plates, bowls, mugs, knives, utensils, serving spoons, can opener, food processor, bottle opener, cheese grater, oven mitts, peeler, pizza cutter, cutting board, blender, microwave, and toaster. The basic spices such as salt & pepper, condiments, balsamic vinegar, oil, and sugar are all fully stocked. For cleanup and food storage dishwashing soap, sponges, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, paper towels, and dish rags are all provided. For your morning cup of there is a coffee machine, tea pot, and coffee grinds. The LAUNDRY ROOM has a stacked Washer / Dryer, Detergent, Vacuum, Swiffer, broom, Ironing board, Iron, and Fresh towels. Please note that the the 80 mbps Wi-Fi modem is installed in the laundry room. The DINING AREA has a Chic dining table sitting 6 with a contemporary chandelier and digital lock keyless entry. The LIVING AREA has a very comfortable large sectional couch, beautiful Quartz coffee table, 50 inch smart Roku flat screen TV The BATHROOM has Body wash, shampoos, conditioners, lotion, hair dryer, Extra Soft Toilet Paper, a large walk in Shower with subway tiling, stylish vanity, lighting and large Mirror. The LARGE PROPERTY is Conveniently located on a Historic Main Street, Close to the i91 highway with a large yard. On the property you’ll have your own section with a Picnic Tables, a Firepit (I don’t supply wood but most supermarkets sell bundles of wood), and Outdoor seating. Trash and Recycle Dumpsters, propane BBQ grill with grilling essentials, Lots of parking. A Railroad is behind the house and a train comes by usually once a day. In the winter months there’s a beautiful Mountain View behind the house towards the Connecticut river COMFY SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS in Bedroom 1 there is 3 single beds. Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds as well. There is smart TV’s and AC in both bedrooms. You may see other guests in the backyard or parking lot from time to time. •The front windows of the house are tinted for your privacy. At nighttime if the lights are on inside you can see in but there are also shades to use. •There is not many places for storage and there is no washer and dryer •If you’d like to bring dogs please read my rules and mention to me you’d like to pay the pet fee. •Before you book make sure to take a look at my other Airbnb listings through my profile, maybe they are a better fit! •It’s appreciated that guests help finish dry the laundry from guests before if it’s not finished drying. •You MAY hear cars/trucks pass by the house from time to time because we are conveniently located in town but the house is well insulated. •You will have a phone service reception, super-fast WiFi and LTE service at the Airbnb. •If you would like to have more guests than there are beds that is completely fine with me but there is an extra guest fee. Please pay my extra guest fee even if they are just visiting and not staying over. You can bring sleeping bags, air mattresses, extra pillows, blankets and camping equipment. •Prices vary seasonally and daily with demand •If you have any issues at all with the Airbnb when you arrive please immediately contact me so it can be sorted out •The driveway and lawn are maintained seasonally •Please heart our listing and save us to your wish list! •We apologize if linens/towels are still drying upon your arrive.
