Minimalist Stable House in Historic Landmark

In 2021, we renovated our space to preserve its historic sentiment and rustic sensibility, married with high end finishes, a custom open-concept kitchen, and vintage home decor. Originally built in 1886 as the carriage house of a Victorian home, belonging to one of San Diego's first prominent families. We have thoughtfully designed each aspect of our home; each a vignette to evoke both style and sentiment. Warm, neutral and full of intentionality, our respite is now yours to enjoy. The space The space has two levels; the lower level consists of the kitchen, living room, office, and bathroom; the second level consists of the bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note Our kitchen is fully stocked, with both a Nespresso Machine and Vitamix for our guests to use. We offer a curated guide of our favorite spots for food, ambiance, and so much more.
