In the other direction on North Steyne are Greek and Mediterranean restaurants, Jellyfish Cafe, and surf shop & hire. In the blocks behind the building are 2 service stations (one with Boost Juice), Skittle Lane coffee, laundromat, Chinese and Japanese restaurants, Snack Shack, and Pocket Pizza.
