Pls note: Pool maintenance date is subject to change. Pay parking Php380 per day for cars and 280 for motorcycle. payable at Azure staff. The space The Condominium apartment can accommodate up to 4pax (2 adults with 2 kids, or 3 adults). It is approximately 15-20 minutes from the airport via skyway and is 5-10 minutes walk to SM Mall Bicutan. Azure Urban Resort boast with its man-made beach designed by Paris Hilton herself. It is home to a lot of expat due to its secure location and accessibility to NAIA and very easy to get around Metro Manila. The Bedroom: This 1bedroom apartment is 30sq meter in size, which makes it spacious for a 1bedroom apartment. - Queen sized bed -Sofa/ Sofa bed (good for 1 adult or 2 kids below 10 years old) - fresh linens and towels are provided -Extra pillow and comforter for 4 guests are available -33 inches smart TV -NETFLIX -High Speed internet, 50mbps -Split type aircon The Kitchen/Dining area: -Scandinavian style table and dining chairs. -Electric stove, microwave, kettle, rice cooker -Complete kitchen utensils and cleaning products for guests to use. The Bathroom Amenities: -Hot and cold shower is available. -Bidet available -Fresh towels -Shampoos & body wash -toilet paper also provided Guest access Azure Urban Resort & Residences has a 24 hour Reception. Man-made Beach, Kiddie Pool and The Sand Bar, is all available for short-stay guests. Pool Access: 250 pesos per person per shift. Payable at Azure. Parking: PAID parking is available within Azure vicinity. Cars Php380 per night Motorbike Php280 per night Other things to note -Please observe that only maximum of 4 guests (2 adults and 2 child, or 3 adults) are only allowed to avoid overcrowding. Any un-registered guests will be denied access to Azure Urban Resort. Strictly no un-authorised guests allowed to access and stay in the unit. A Penalty of PHP 10,000 will be imposed for un-authorised guests or non-paying guests are not allowed entry to the vicinity! ‼️Strictly No pets allowed. ‼️No smoking or vaping inside the condo unit. Penalty of Php 10,000 will be imposed. -We accommodate intimate parties for registered guests only! Noise should be limit until 10pm as it is a residential property resort. ‼️Warning will be imposed by the management for noncompliance with the rules of the resort. A penalty of Php 10,000 will be charged by the azure management will be imposed after warning.
