Welcome to New Smyrna Beach! Our condo unit is located on the 5th Floor with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. When you take the elevator up to the 5th Floor, you are only a few steps away from the front door. Castle Reef is located on the "no drive" section of New Smyrna Beach, with access to the Pool overlooking the Ocean, Shuffle Board and out door Grills. Our unit is Owner Occupied during the summer months and we are looking for a tenant that would like to get out of the cold weather and enjoy Florida for a few months.
