The space The Laurel Loft is situated in South Park, just North of Kalmia Street and West of 30th Street. The neighborhood is a blend of old original bungalows and newer million-dollar homes. It is a very quiet neighborhood, especially compared to the bustling downtown area yet still within walking distance to all the fun! ABOUT US: The Laurel Loft was created with one intention: to give travelers a place that feels lived-in, cared for, and connected to the neighborhood around it. Our space is designed to feel like the kind of home you can truly exhale in. A place to make dinner after long shifts, enjoy slow mornings, walk to the neighborhood cafe, and feel like you're part of the South Park community from the moment you arrive. To help you settle in, every guest receives our hand-curated Welcome Guide, filled with neighborhood gems, local favorites, and only-in-San-Diego experiences, along with a welcome basket of local treats to introduce you to the community that makes this area so special. ABOUT THE SPACE: KITCHEN The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining and includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. THE BEDROOM The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. LIVING ROOM The living room has a comfortable couch with a pull-out queen size bed, or you can extend for a larger couch. Extra pillows, linens and blankets are provided. BATHROOM The bathroom includes towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is also a hairdryer and iron/iron board available. OTHER FEATURES AND AMENITIES High-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are available. HOUSE RULES: You have one private parking spot down 30th Street alley behind the wooden sliding gate in front of the loft and street parking is also available. This is a NON-SMOKING space. Please respect our space and rules and do not smoke on or in the property. No loud parties are allowed on or in the property. Please respect our neighbors privacy and space! We like them! Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
