Family-friendly apartment in a clay half-timbered house

We offer you a self-contained apartment in our charming clay half-timbered house with a pleasant indoor climate. The accommodation is family-friendly and suitable for multiple people and dog lovers. You will find 3 bedrooms, a small, practical kitchen, daylight bathroom and a living room with a large dining table. You can use our garden by arrangement with your dog and child at your own risk. Bus connection to Erfurt is available. Free parking is within walking distance. The space You will find a total of 3 bedrooms each with TV, one of which is equipped with a single bed as a children's room and the other two each have a double bed. Here you can have a nice time with children and/or friends and/or your favorite four-legged friend. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and tub as well as a small, practical kitchen with a large dining table (6 people can dine here) and refrigerator including freezer in the open living room. In the stairwell you can hang up your jackets and let your shoes rest until the next morning. By bus, which runs twice an hour on weekdays, you can reach the Thüringenhalle in 10 minutes (from there there is a tram connection) or in 17 minutes in the city center (Thomaseck stop). By car you are in the city in 13 minutes, by bike in a good 20 minutes. Despite the short journey, the location is village-like, close to nature and ideal for dog owners or families. In the village, there is an outdoor swimming pool (unfortunately closed in 2024 due to renovation), which provides cooling in summer, a playground and a great little shopping store with delicious rolls and more.
