The apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends located on the first floor of a family house. The house is located in a privileged tourist area, highly sought after by tourists. The space The 55m2 apartment is located on the first floor of the secondary house attached to the main house. On the ground floor, 1 apartment for 2-3 people is rented. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, both with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x190). The bedrooms have a wardrobe, bedside tables with night lamps, and bed linen is provided (weekly change). A bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, toilet, external window, and washing machine. The service bathroom with sink, mirror, and services. Two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of a sitting area with a sofa bed for one adult or two children, flat-screen satellite TV, an air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and a kitchen equipped with a fridge with a freezer area, a stove with two gas burners, an extractor hood, a coffee machine, a kettle, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. From the living area the exit to the covered terrace furnished with a table and 4 chairs and an umbrella. Available and shared use the tavern with fireplace, dining table, and chairs, where you can spend happy moments in peace. Free parking is available in front of the house. Near the house is the children's playground. The various beaches are within a few minutes' walk, the supermarket at 500 m, the restaurant at 200 m, and the seafront at 600 m. Located in a prime location near the famous ATP tennis center, where the famous ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been taking place for years. Only 500 m away is the Sol Stella Maris tourist village and the stop for the tourist train that travels along the coast from Katoro to the center of Umag and vice versa. Guest access Guests have access to private parking, shared use of the tavern with fireplace, and dining table with chairs. Other things to note * Pets up to 15 kg are allowed with a supplement of 13 € per pet per day payable on arrival in cash. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. * We kindly ask our guests: - to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning and the washing machine when you are not in the accommodation, - to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution, - to leave the containers empty and wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys. * The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay. * Customized transports are possible (for example airport accommodation, ...)
