Known as a picturesque, family-friendly neighborhood, Sant Gervasi offers fine dining and luxury shopping. What immediately strikes you is the light. The open plan kitchen, living and dining rooms have multiple, full-length windows. This combines with the decor and furniture to create so much light and space to enjoy. The fully-equipped kitchen is separated by a stylish breakfast bar. The dining area leads out to a spacious balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning, or a meal on a balmy evening. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make Nava perfect for a family. The master bedrooms features a queen-size bed, and all are beautifully designed. As well as the storage space in each room, there is a separate dressing room to make sure everyone’s needs are accounted for. Both bathrooms are stylishly decorated, one is fitted with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower. There are 2 dedicated work stations, to ensure no one misses a beat. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
