Country Mansion - Private Annexe

Llystroiddyn House is an Edwardian Country Mansion of 28 rooms with a self-contained annexe for holiday letting plus a staff cottage and outbuildings, all set in a totally private 6 acres. A secluded and secure choice. A bluebell woodland forms 4 acres of the land, with gardens the remainder. The closest pub is 0.5 miles easy walk away. The closest convenience store is at the petrol station in the next village 1.5 miles away. We are located in the lovely Cothi Valley in rural Carmarthenshire. The space Our guest annexe is a well-appointed totally private apartment spread over two floors with the utility area and kitchen/diner area downstairs, with the triple-aspect lounge, bedroom with its' king-sized bed, and shower room all being up a flight of stairs, with two turns in the staircase. There is a step up from the landing into the bedroom. The annexe benefits from our free super-fast wifi connection. On the main house picture, as viewed from the South lawns, the annexe is on the left hand side of the main house. Guest access Guests have total exclusive use of the annexe accommodation as described, as well as the use of the upper garden behind with its' BBQ shelter and outdoor loungers. An allocated parking space is provided big enough for any vehicle. Other things to note We have a very friendly dog called Molly who may roam around the grounds. She is super-friendly and very excited to meet new people. She loves to have a ball thrown for her! We also have 'Lily' the cat, who is very petite and pretty, but also very fast with her claws when playing, so beware! Please note the annexe can be booked for either 3 nights Friday-Sunday inclusive, or 4 nights Monday-Thursday inclusive. A weeks' stay may be booked starting on a Friday with a 15% discount in the price. Please note: The property is only for adult guests, and is not equipped to accept infants sorry. We are not insured for infants, thus guests who arrive with infants will not be checked in.
