Located on the third floor, You need to take the stairs as there is no elevator available. However, the stairs are not too steep, making it easily accessible., internet, Warm water and inverter is available. Marts, cafes & hotels are on walking distance. Kitchen is available but not gas and heating system The space Please note that only master bed has operational AC. Second AC is not operational. Also there is no warm water available. TV is not available right now in the property Also The apartment is on 3rd floor without an elevator. There is a chicken shop below, and during cleaning times, a smell may be noticeable in the stairway, but the apartment itself remains oderfree Other things to note "Welcome to my cozy apartment located in a building with an unassuming entrance.
