Inside the front entrance an open floor plan awaits with a vaulted ceiling in the living room area and the four season sun room beyond. The kitchen is fully stocked with natural lighting from the window above the sink. Highlights include stainless steel appliances & quartz counter tops. The dining room area seats 6. A special feature of this property is the 4 season sun room with both heat and a/c. This spacious room is truly the heart of the home with wall to wall windows that highlight the golf course views. The master bedroom is on the main level with King bed , 32" Smart TV and en suite bath. Two additional guest rooms are on the main level each with Queen size beds and 32" TV's with You Tube streaming. These rooms share a full hall access bath. There is a 4th guest room upstairs in the open loft with 2 Full beds. There is a 50" television with You Tube streaming and an Xbox gaming system. A stacked washer and dryer is also available for your convenience as well as a propane grill. An outside shower is perfect for rinsing off those sandy toes. This property is dog friendly for up to (1) dog with additional fees to apply. This property has a Ring camera on the exterior of the property *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. ​​​​​​​MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am: 3 The first pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage.
