Entertaining is easy, as the kitchen, dining and living room are open to each other. Each space has a view of the lake. The deck features a gas grill, and lawn furniture. It's a great place to watch the wildlife and early morning sunrises. We also have 4 kayaks for your enjoyment. A pontoon boat is also available, at a weekly rate. Beautiful property with view of the lake, and of the Huron River. Pontoon included with summer rentals starting May 1st and ending mid October. Large main bedroom with private soaking tub plus a multi jetted shower. Has walk in shower with jetted features. The middle bedroom has a queen bedroom set, the third bedroom two twin beds. The deck has roomy furniture, gas grill and barbecue grill. By the lake is a campfire area, to enjoy the starry nights. Guests will have access to entire house, and one parking space in the garage. There is ample parking in driveway, for at least 6 +cars. We like to greet all guests, when possible. We are easily reachable, and are always happy to lend a hand or answer a question. Located in a quiet area, nice for taking a walk or jog. If you have a bike, you can enjoy Lakeland Trail too. Take a pontoon boat to Zukey Lake Tavern, its a family friendly landmark with a large menu. Go on Wednesday night, order a pizza and get a free T-Shirt! Lots of parking in our driveway, can fit about 6 cars, if organized correctly. This is a rural area so a car is needed to get to stores and restaurants. This is the Huron River Chain of Lakes. It is so fun to travel and visit the many lakes, by kayak or pontoon. During the week, you will enjoy the peaceful journey down the river, go early in the day for turtle watching. During the weekends, it can get busy, but it is fun for people watching and building community.. Lakes to visit are: Zukey, Gallagher, Whitewood, Base line, and Portage. Tamarack and Ore Lakes are accessible by Kayak only.
