Entertaining is easy, as the kitchen, dining and living room are open to each other. Each has a view of the lake. Walk down to the beach area and you will have a view of the river too! We have life jackets of all sizes, lawn games and sand toys. The deck features a gas grill, and lawn furniture. It's a great place to watch the wildlife and early morning sunrises. Also, we supply 4 kayaks for your enjoyment. About 2000 sq.feet, three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, makes sharing our place easy. The space Beautiful property with view of the lake, and of the Huron River. Perfect location, close to Kroger, two Coney restaurants, barbecue restaurant and a short boat ride to the famous Zukey Lake Travern. New walk out beach area, with sand toys and land games too. A pontoon and 3 kayaks are included with summer rentals starting May 1st and ending mid September. Our place has three bedroom ,plus the fireplace room has a sofa sleeper.(air mattress type) It’s a good spot for 2 extra guests who don’t mind sleeping on an air mattress. Large main bedroom features a soaking tub plus a walk in multi jetted shower. The middle bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom, two twin beds. ( plus a twin floor mattress for an extra child) The deck has roomy furniture, gas grill and barbecue grill and overlooks the expansive yard and lake view. By the lake is a campfire area, to enjoy the starry nights. Guest access Guests will have access to entire house, and one parking space in the garage. We will send you codes a day before your arrival. There is ample parking in driveway, for at least 6 +cars. Other things to note This is the Huron River Chain of Lakes. It is so fun to travel and visit the many lakes, by kayak or pontoon. During the week, you will enjoy the peaceful journey down the river, go early in the day for turtle watching. During the weekends, it can get busy, but it is fun for people watching and building community.. Lakes to visit are: Zukey, Gallagher, Whitewood, Base line, and Portage. Tamarack and Ore Lakes are accessible by Kayak only. We do have well water, that is safe to drink, but you may prefer to bring your own drinking water. Our water sometimes has rust, which means it is low on potassium. Please let us know and we will bring more.
