Charming House in Burgundy with pool

Our house "l'Ancrage" is located in Boeurs-en-Othe, Burgundy, in the heart of the Pays d'Othe. It borders the Cider Route, at the confluence of the Aube and the Yonne. It is surrounded by a 4800 m2 garden, and has a swimming pool. It will easily accommodate families with children or friends to enjoy all the charm of the countryside. It can accommodate up to 12 guests + 1 baby. The space 1 hour 40 minutes from Paris Bastille - via A5: very little used highway - and only 15 minutes from the highway exit. 40 min from the cities of Troyes, Sens, Chablis, Joigny and Auxerre. Bright living room with large fireplace! Meals can be enjoyed in the newly completed extension with large bay windows (April 2024). Large, fully equipped, very bright 25 m² kitchen with high table (induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine). Large table that seats 12 comfortably. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. BEDROOM 4: double bed, with fireplace, direct access to the bathroom (sleeps 2) BEDROOM 5: children's bedroom with bunk beds and baby bed (sleeps 2 + baby) Bathroom with double sink, Paris porcelain and bathtub. Upstairs, there is a second very large living room with large sofa + TV, 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom completely renovated at the top of the Pigeonnier. BEDROOM 2: one double bed, with exposed beam, garden and pool views (sleeps 2), desk. BEDROOM 1: one double bed and one single bed (sleeps 3). BEDROOM 3: one double bed, one 120 cm bed, large beam (sleeps 3). Windows with mosquito net. The pool is 8x4m. There are 6 deckchairs available. The swimming pool is located on the side of the house, about 50 meters from the terrace of the house. It is not fenced and is equipped with a manual approved bar cover (to be closed at night). Pool open from mid May to mid September (except for exceptional weather conditions). The pool is under your strict responsibility. Children are only allowed to access it with adults and under their supervision. Our charming house has the qualities of the countryside: its huge garden with its orchard, board games, the fire in the fireplace, the large tables, the plancha, the barbecue, meals outside, in the shade. The house is perfectly equipped: - Wifi - Garden table, plancha and barbecue, parasol - Children's games and books. The garden is fully fenced and closes with an electric gate (by remote control). Secure indoor parking spaces. The rental price includes bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen. Pool towels NOT provided. We want to maintain good relations with our neighborhood, so parties or loud music are prohibited. No pets. You can fully enjoy the Othe forest, which is a few minutes away by car. You can shop in the villages of Aix-en-Othe or Villeneuve-l'Archevêque, both of which offer markets on Saturday mornings. Many wine cellars (Chablis, Irancy, etc.) are accessible in 40 minutes.
