'The Early Settler' - On The Rocks Accommodation

'The Early Settler' is a 3 bedroom cottage located in the small coastal town of Carpenter Rocks. The first house to be built in Carpenter Rocks. 25m drive from Mount Gambier. The gateway to Canunda National Park, best known for its 4WD trails, sand hills, stunning beaches and fishing. The cottage is a short walk from the beach, local shop, BBQ area, playground and tennis court. Offering 2 Queen beds, Double/Single bunk and Single bed this house comfortably sleeps 6 people. The space The house has one bathroom with the shower and toilet located in the same area. Guest access Please park on the limestone pad. Other things to note Closest supermarket is 30 minute drive to Mount Gambier or Millicent. There is a local takeaway shop. Closes at 6pm so orders to be placed by 5.15pm. The house has a rainwater tank to the house so please be mindful of water use.
