There is a total of 8 beds which sleeps 12 people. This newly remodeled 2-story villa has modern fixtures such as granite counters, and a chefs kitchen that is fully equipped for any occasion. The floors have recently been upgraded to vinyl throughout the house, on both floors! There is 1 bedroom on the first floor which is one of the master suites. The additional 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The spacious circular driveway allows generous parking for 8, there is even a parking spot for your oversized RV! This stunning villa is just a short drive to downtown Tampa, renowned museums, major sporting arenas, and a convenient commute to Pinellas County's highly sought after beaches. This tropical resort is truly a complete package for your vacation. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes away while the famous Clearwater beach is about 30minutes drive. This resort includes your private HEATHED-POOL, two kayaks which accommodates 4 people, life jackets, 3 bicycles with gears, beach gear and accessories. There is also a private game room inside the house. The arcade will take you back in time with over 1000 games or just enjoy a game at the pool table. Guests have the entire two-story, single-family home to themselves. The only exception would be the locked closest for Owners private use. Guest will have access to washer and dryer inside the garage. Guests cannot use the garage for vehicles since the owner's vehicle is parked there. The owner has purchased a boat that will be kept on the dock. The boat is strictly OFF LIMITS to guests! Do not touch or climb on. We will provide a code for the use of the kayaks and bikes with your arrival instructions. Info is also located on the wall by the main entrance door, next to the whiteboard . The "Resort Fee" covers the cost of the rental and use of these items. Guests will be sent a waiver prior to arrival to be signed for pool, bikes, kayaks and the playground. These amenities are for use at your own risk. We are here to provide you help throughout your stay as needed. Please use the original method of booking for communication but we also have posted our private phone numbers on the wall for emergency cases. We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood nestled in the secluded paradise of Tampa Shores, with only 260 homes. The home is in a central location. You have less than 15 minutes’ drive to Tampa International Airport. You have easy access to many shopping centers, grocery stores, pharmacy, and urgent cares all within 5 minutes’ drive. The exterior of the house is secured with surveillance system for your own safety and protection.
