Welcome to Moss Lake Lodges! *** KAYAKS, CANOE, PEDDLE BOAT AVAILABLE FOR RENT *** This is 1 of our 3 private lodges connected by a shared front porch located on Moss Lake. Book 1 or Book all 3 and make it a party 😉😉😉 - Lake view lodges with fishing docks and a boat ramp right across the street - 15 min to Winstar World Casino, the largest casino in the WORLD - We have ride service available for pick up/drop off to and from Winstar for $10 per person. The space This is a studio styled lodge with everything you need right at your fingertips. It has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed with another pull out twin under it. This unit can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. A kitchen table with 4 chairs and a 65 inch TV with Roku and Starlink WiFi. There is now cell phone service available in this unit and full Wi-Fi service. You can enjoy coffee on the patio right outside your door while enjoying the lake view or take a short stroll down to the lake with fishing docks and a boat ramp! This unit is completely remodeled with fresh paint throughout and brand new air conditioner and fireplace heater. All new electrical outlets, light switches, ceiling fans and light fixtures. We have already purchased new flooring so that will be the next project happening soon over the next few months. It will be stocked with all the basics to meet your needs…paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion, dish soap, basic cleaning supplies, towels, bedding and cooking utensils. We also provide free snacks and bottled waters and a bag of ice with every rental. We have a Keurig Coffee maker and provide K-Cups and creamer and sugar. Pets are welcome! We do charge a $50 PER PET PER NIGHT pet fee to cover extra cleaning. This fee is negotiable based on the size and the breed of the dogs. Please message me with your pets info and I will make a decision accordingly. Currently we are working on a dedicated fenced in pet area that we hope to have completed soon! We are so happy to have you stay with us and share our little slice of heaven out here on Moss Lake ❤️❤️❤️ Rental Rates *** JET SKIS *** Sea-Doo GTI 130 2 Seater Base Model *** $75 per hour *** Sea-Doo GTX 300 3 Seater Bluetooth speaker *** $125 per hour *** 2 HOUR MINIMUM DEPOSIT - $250 PER JET SKI Credit card required for deposits and will be refunded after rental return Rental Fees required to be paid in Cash ⁃ 1st tank of Gas included ⁃ Life Jackets included ⁃ Rental Waiver Signature required ⁃ Must be 25+ years to rent ⁃ Anyone born after September 1st, 1993 is required by the State of Texas to complete an online Boating License & Safety Course We also have Kayaks, Canoe, and Peddle Boat available for rent. Basic kayaks - $10 per hour Red & Blue Fishing Kayaks - $20 per hour Live Wells Army Green 2 Person Kayak - $20 per hour Bright Blue 2 person Canoe - $20 per hour 4 person Peddle Boat - $30 per hour (peddles like a bicycle) 2 hour minimum Guest access This is Unit #1, “Daisy’s Den”. It is the 1st unit to the left when facing the property. The host will greet you upon check in and do a quick walk through to show you around and answer any questions you may have. Also a key to the door knob lock will be left in the lock box attached to the wall by the front door. We will provide the code on the day of your check in. Other things to note Please feel free to reach out with any questions! We can check availability for multiple units if you have a large number of guests with you and/or want separate areas for families. We also live on property with all our pets: dogs and cats and chickens and ducks. You may very likely see some of them out and about on the property. All are sweet and friendly. Coming Soon is The Kracker Shack Bar & Grill, our family restaurant, that will offer “room service” and deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner right to your door step!
