Per WI health code, other than untamperable salt and pepper, no other edable cooking supplies are provided. - Upstairs: two bedrooms both with queen beds–one with private work space. Plus, a full bathroom with shower/tub. - Downstairs: Additional living space with walkout patio and backrad access. Plus, one bedroom with 1 queen size and 1 twin size bed. A full bathroom with walk-in shower is also on this level. A fully-stocked laundry room (detergent, bleach, dryer sheets) is located a few steps down the stairs in the basement. - There is also a small 2-car garage attached to the home with access through the living room. The driveway offers an additional 2 parking spaces as well as free street parking in the cul-du-sac in front of the home. Overall, lots of separate spaces for larger groups to enjoy without being in each other's hair. Guest access The whole home is available to use as you please, even the garage and basement for laundry. There is some shared space in the backyard and driveway so please be mindful of the residents on the other half of the duplex. The interior of the home is all yours. The only shared wall is a small stretch in the dining area. It's spacious and quiet enough to feel like a single family home!
