A washer is also available for longer stays, and Landers supermarket nearby makes grocery runs simple. Guests enjoy 24-hour security, a friendly concierge, and well-maintained building amenities for a smooth, worry-free stay. Located across Uptown Mall and surrounded by top dining, shopping, and entertainment options, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort, practicality, and prime BGC living. A cozy retreat made for relaxing, working, or simply enjoying the best of Uptown. Guest access Guests have full access to the unit and its private balcony with skyline views. For amenities, the swimming pool is located on the 5th floor and open for use from Tuesday to Friday (8 AM – 10 PM), excluding holidays. To ensure equal access for residents and guests, pool access on weekends and holidays is reserved for long-term tenants and unit owners. The pool is also closed every Monday for maintenance. To register, simply approach the concierge before using the amenities and fill out the pool access form. Each unit is allowed up to three (3) registered guests free of charge, with an additional ₱300 fee per extra person. Please note that the gym and other amenities are exclusive to long-term residents (6 months and above). Other things to note Garbage Disposal: Building housekeeping collects garbage twice daily at 9 AM to 12 NN and 5 PM to 9 PM , tarting from the top floors. Please keep your trash inside the unit until the collector knocks for pickup. If you miss the collection time, you may bring your trash to the Main Refuse Facility (MRF) on Basement 5. Leaving garbage in hallways or common areas is strictly prohibited by the building management.
