Ground Floor Flat - Wye Valley AONB/Forest of Dean

Wye Green is a spacious ground floor apartment in the centre of the friendly and picturesque village of Redbrook, nestled in the Wye Valley, two miles from the market town of Monmouth and has the attractions of the River Wye and the Forest of Dean right on the doorstep. It offers a large, but surprisingly cosy, living space, consisting of a lounge / dining room, well equipped kitchen, two en-suite bedrooms and a private front patio (with barbecue). The space Wye Green offers 2 en-suite double bedrooms, kitchen, dining/living room, in- and outside drying areas and an outside patio for the sole use of our guests. There are no shared areas with other guests or with us as hosts. We can provide a travel cot suitable for children under 2 (no charge) as well as a Mothercare high chair. Extra occupancy charge payable (over 4 persons), for use of our folding single bed (which is a comfortable one - a Jay-Be Crown Premier with a deep sprung mattress). We will allow pets (up to two well behaved dogs) by arrangement, with a small additional charge to cover cleaning. We've installed an outside mixer dog shower for those inevitable muddy days. The apartment comes with a 50" 4K Smart TV (Netflix/Amazon/YouTube etc enabled - some requiring your login), DVD player, bluetooth-enabled speaker and a range of DVDs, books and games. Wifi is installed and is accessible from all parts of the apartment. Guest access If you would like to have access to the property without having contact with us, I can arrange to leave the keys in a wall mounted key safe. You are welcome to store bikes, paddleboards etc in our garage.
