The space A two-story townhouse, feel secure in a complex of five. The neighbours are working professionals and very quiet. Two car parks. One in garage and one-off road space. Double glazed windows to give you a warm and quiet stay. Black-out curtains in the upstairs bedroom only. Two full bathrooms. Each has a shower, toilet and basin. The garage has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Quality linens - Royal Daulton, Koo Elite and Hotel at Home. The living room and kitchen is open plan with comfortable sofa, smart TV and heat pump / air conditioning. The kitchen includes everything you need to cook your dinner, make breakfast and enjoy a glass of wine. Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee pod machines. Also, two filter coffee plungers. Single internal access garage with another park available on the driveway. Two queen bedrooms each with a double wardrobe. Second TV in downstairs bedroom. Please note, there is a security camera is located towards the driveway entrance. Guest access There is a lockbox for self-access any time after 3pm. Please note that late check ins are a risk (your host may be asleep if you need any assistance at check in). Sarna will send you through details for access on the day of arrival. Other things to note We offer tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and spray and wipe in the kitchen if you need to wipe the bench down. If you would like a mid-stay clean (including vacuum and linen swap out) we can do this for $80. We don't provide washing machine detergent for your clothes, however you may find a small complementary amount from time to time. Please be sure to read our house rules and cancelation policy.
