A tranquil retreat in the heart of Dartmoor National Park, ideal for people who love the outdoors in a picturesque part of Devon Cosy, peaceful, with stunning views, the one level apartment has all you need for an enjoyable break and next to a quiet village pub! Stay for a long weekend, a few days break or for work/business Becky Falls is just down the road and very close to Bowerman’s Nose, Hound Tor, and the very famous Haytor Rocks, Lustleigh & Bovey Tracey Wi-Fi Dog friendly (upon request) The space Just a 15-20 minute drive from the A38 expressway, drive into your own allocated parking space in the private car park and then enjoy walks galore in a little bit of sanctuary on Dartmoor. We are situated so close to Becky Falls Woodland Park and Bowerman’s Nose. A couple of miles from Haytor Rocks and there is always a possible chance of seeing the Dartmoor ponies eating the cud. The closest beach is around half an hour away at Shaldon/Teignmouth. Our ground floor apartment welcomes you with an up to date fitted kitchen with everything you need to make this your home for the next few days. Suitable for one or two people. Your bedroom is off to the right with a huge super king bed to sink into. This can be also a twin bed if you want to bring your friend. Please let me know if this is more suitable. Your bathroom is opposite with a full size bath. Just what’s needed after a long walk/activity on Dartmoor. A beautiful spacious open lounge diner with stunning views of Black Hill are where you will spend most of your time and in the summer/warmer months, open the French doors onto your own balcony to soak up the rays and listen to the Dartmoor wildlife. If you don’t want to cook, there is the local village pub next door, open for lunches and dinners. However, if you would like a cooked breakfast to set you up for the day, just let me know your request beforehand in your booking and I can arrange for you to have a cooked breakfast in the pub from 8.30-9.30am. Your dog is welcome too (there is a small charge to cover cleaning). Please let me know if you are bringing your dog for extra towels etc. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or queries . We are an ideal base for solo travellers or a couple, but not for babies, infants or children. Guest access You have all the space to yourselves with a key box entry. Ground level entry. The patio/balcony are for your personal use. The main garden is for all residents. Other things to note Key combination lock to input the number and take the key out to unlock the door. Your Parking Space is marked 4. Please don’t use any other car park spaces Dogs are welcome but please keep them as clean as possible. I leave towels under the kitchen sink
