From here you can access the terrace with a table and two chairs, ideal for outdoor meals overlooking the Atlantic and Los Lances Beach, perfect for unforgettable sunsets or for kitesurfers to observe the wind and sea conditions. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terrace and an indoor parking space. The home is in a building with common areas and an elevator with direct access to the underground parking for added convenience.
