The Topaz clings to the mountainside, revealing a breathtaking panorama. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features a king-size bed with an incredible view. Full-sized windows allow you to admire the beauty of the landscape from the comfort of your bed in every season. A comfortable sofa bed on the second floor accommodates 2 additional guests, making it possible to host up to four guests in the house. All windows are equipped with solar shades for your comfort and privacy. Enjoy optimal comfort throughout the year with heated floors throughout the house, a central heating/cooling system, and a gas stove providing enveloping warmth even on the coldest winter days. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you could desire: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware to prepare delicious meals at home. Outdoor facilities such as the spa, barbecue, and gas fireplace are operational year-round, offering you the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor terraces. Just twelve minutes away, discover a high-end supermarket, a bakery offering fresh morning croissants and specialty bread, as well as a selection of local restaurants to satisfy all your culinary cravings. Other things to note ***IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS: WINTER TRAVEL: During snowy season, from November 1st to April 15th, an all wheel drive car (AWD, 4x4) is necessary in order to make it up to the property. During winter season, it is also possible to plan a shuttle service with us. Shuttle service must be planned in advance with us. TAXI AND UBER: Because the house is in a remote location, it is not advisable to depend on taxi services or Uber for transportation. These services are scarce in the area, so getting picked up might be difficult or even impossible at times, and you may have difficulty leaving the house. Please get in touch if you have any questions about transportation. SHUTTLE SERVICE: We’re pleased to offer a convenient shuttle service for our guests! To use the service, please make your way to 99 Chemin du Moulin, Lac-Beauport, Quebec, where we have reserved complimentary overnight parking spaces for guests to leave their vehicles securely for the duration of their stay. This location also serves as our designated pickup point. To ensure a smooth experience, simply share your planned arrival time, and we’ll add you to the shuttle schedule.
