The space One of guest’s favorite corners of The Haven Treehouse is the media drop zone, located just as you walk in the door. This is the heart of the retreat, a place where you can leave behind the distractions and demands of the outside world and reconnect with the ones you love! The space is intentionally designed to be “Unplugged”. Without TV and distractions. Plan a romantic honeymoon, date night out , family vacation,staycation for locals, perfect for all your getaways! You’ll love how The Haven cultivates an atmosphere of togetherness and intentional connection. It encourages you to find ways to have fun and connect with your people, whether it's through board games, card games, yard tic-tac-toe, bocce ball, relaxing in the hot tub, or simply spending quality time together around a warm fire. While the no phone zone is just a suggestion, we truly believe that disconnecting from technology and making intentional connection is key to strengthening families, friendships, and marriages. So leave your phones and laptops behind and come rest, relax, and reconnect with the ones you love. The main area of this treehouse style Airbnb offers a beautiful open concept living area with built-in queen size bunks, full kitchen (equipped with full size dishwasher, a 20” stove/oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, crockpot, toaster, Keurig coffee maker)and modern modular stairs leading up to an upstairs spacious bedroom with beautiful views and a cozy queen bed and an office area for those who need to work. On the downstairs patio you’ll discover the board game room designed with families and friends in mind , with a card table and a selection of board games, and bubble hockey. There is also a washer and dryer located in the game room that you are welcome to use during your stay. This area has it’s own separate entrance located at the ground level patio around the back of the patio. Enjoy outdoor relaxation with a wrap-around porch featuring a dining table, hammocks, and a cozy egg chair. Downstairs, the covered patio offers a hot tub, hanging bed, hammock, and whimsical swing, all near a fire pit with seating and firewood. The Haven is located conveniently off of Ryland Pike leading onto Hwy72 which allows for close proximity to Huntsville but with that does come road noise during busy rush hours. During spring and summer the lush leaves give privacy from the main road that the property sits on and we are working to strategically plant landscape to give the space privacy years round. This is a place to relax, unwind and unplug, therefore there is no television at this location. There is however a projector with projector screen & Roku for those guest who prefer, located in the bedroom upstairs. Follow us on insta @thehaventreehouseshsv Guest access 10 acres of scenic retreat with plenty of space to explore yet right off a main road with quick access to all of Huntsville. ** The treehouse sits about 150 ft off Ryland Pike and elevated among the trees, therefore you will hear road noise during your stay, and in fall/winter months as the leaves are off the trees you can see the treehouse style cabin from the main road. We are actively working too plant evergreens to give more privacy to the space during those seasons. Other things to note There is projector with Roku in the upstairs bedroom, for those who don’t want to fully unplug. This rental is not suitable for pets or children under the age of 2, as there are flights of stairs that can't be baby gated. Minimum age to check-in is 21. The Haven Treehouse does not permit smoking/vaping in or around the treehouse, as well as a NO-party policy. Number of guests staying must be listed when booking. We do have a security camera at the entrance for security purposes. It does not view any of the private spaces. The treehouse was built and designed so that you are lifted among the trees although it is not structurally attached to the trees. You may hear trains and traffic during your stay as there are train tracks within miles and it sits convenient to a main highway for quick access to all that this beautiful city has to offer. The treehouse sits about 150ft from Ryland Pike the main road that turns onto Hwy72. Fall/winter seasons, as the leaves fall off the trees, gives less privacy to the space from the main road. We are actively planting evergreens and screening plants to add more greenery and privacy to the property.
