The space Private property, casita guest house in the foothills of San Tan Valley, AZ, on 1.3 walled acres. Modern detached One bedroom Casita- guest house welcomes you! Private entrance Primary bedroom with king bed, bedside tables, bench, TV and dresser, walk in closet with full size washer/dryer and doggie door to separate fenced dog area. Open area includes kitchen, dining, and living room with 65” tv, pullout queen sofa & Coffee table. Kitchen includes 4-1 microwave/air fryer-broiler-convection oven. Dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer, and breakfast bar with 3 stools. (Not a traditional stove/oven, there is a plug in - 2 burner in the kitchen, and as mentioned the 4-1 microwave, convection Oven, air fryer, broiler is another option) Dining table can be used for a work space or eating! Fast speed Wi-Fi is also included. Bathroom includes beautiful tiled shower, pedestal sink, and soft close stool. Entire casita is Saltillo tile! Pantry, & linen closet in addition to bedroom walk in closet. There is also a twin rollaway bed in addition to the king, & queen sofa bed, should you request extra guests for an additional minimal charge per night. (More than 3 guests is an additional charge per person) Covered Patio overlooks pool, putting green, cabana and corn hole. All decor is tastefully done in Western Arizona style. All windows and doors include shades. (Main home on property is separately walled within the 1.3 acres) This casita is ideal for adults as the pool is steps from the casita and is not fenced separately. For safety reasons, children under 13 are not allowed because the casita opens directly to the pool. Uber and Lyft does serve this area, or bring a car. Restaurants are not walkable, some deliver. We are in a peaceful, hobby farm area that is close driving distance to what you will need. Listed in our e-guidebook or in our book in the Casita. One dog is allowed per guideline. There have been times we have allowed more than one dog, please message us to discuss. If approved, 2 pet fees are charged. Guest access Guests have access to Pool, Cabana, Putting Green, cornhole and driveway! These amenities are private to Casita & Airstream guests.
