Our casita is a cozy and lovingly curated 250 square foot guest house located in Windsor Park. It features a gated community, a lofted bedroom with a full-sized bed, a couch that converts into a full size bed, an elegant shower with deep soaking bathtub, smart TV, study desk, wifi, small appliances, and one designated parking. The space You’ll find a 42” flatscreen TV as the centerpiece of the spacious main living area as well as a study desk providing a space to work or study. We’ve maximized privacy without compromising natural lighting by applying light film on most prominent windows ensuring you can enjoy your stay with ease. There is no full kitchen here, but rather just slightly more amenities than one would find in a typical hotel room (to be clear, our space does NOT contain a stovetop or kitchen sink). You’ll also be able to find a couple of foldable tables, ceramic plates, utensils, wine glasses, and a charcuterie board if you’d rather stay-in, eat, and kick back with a movie or show. Upstairs you’ll find a cozy full size bed and comfortable reading nook that doesn’t sacrifice space allowing you to walk in and around one side of the bed with enough overhead clearance to permit upright standing in the center of the room for most people. Please note that access to the bedroom loft requires ascending a sturdy steel ladder. Using this ladder is safe and convenient. However, the ladder is not handicap accessible. We want to emphasize that this is a nearly vertical ladder as shown in photos. We have utilized the ladder hundreds of times and this was never an issue – we just want to make sure y'all know! Please let us know if you prefer to sleep in the main living space so we can convert the pullout couch into a bed prior to your arrival. Other things to note For your own safety, we advise not taking luggage or big travel bags upstairs. As mentioned in the guidebook, the stairs, while not slippery are very much at a steep angle. Furthermore, you should always face the stairs while going up and down with firm grips on handles. Besides a comfortable stay, our biggest priority is the well-being of our guests.
