Located on the fourth and top floor of a quiet building, this accommodation has the necessary comfort to allow you to have a pleasant stay! The space It has: - a large living room with BALCONY, open to a dining area. - a fully equipped kitchen semi-open to the living room, with BALCONY. - 2 bedrooms each with their office area and closet. - a bathroom with shower. - separate toilets. You will find the following equipment: a television, Wi-Fi, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, hotplates cooker, kettle, utensils and kitchenware. PLUS: the accommodation has TWO BALCONIES and it is easy to park in front of the building. Guest access Entry into the accommodation is from 5:00 p.m. and exit no later than 10:00 a.m. By car, you can park in front of the building or on the street. By train, take bus line 8 at the Les Coutures stop in the direction of Mal Joffre Le Palais and get off at the Raphaël stop. Other things to note Your COMFORT and your WELL-BEING being our priority, we do everything we can to welcome you in the best conditions and ensure that the accommodation is perfectly prepared for your stay.
