Description

Relax and enjoy the stunning views with your own private entrance, sunroom, studio bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There is off-street parking and self-check-in for your convenience. Guests can spend time exploring the extensive local walking/cycling routes, local shopping outlet village at Sterling Mills or visiting nearby bars and restaurants. The city of Stirling is a short 15 minute drive. After a busy day you can chill out in the private hot tub with breath-taking views of the Ochil Hills. The space The entrance porch/sunroom has amazing unimpeded views across the Devon valley on to the Ochil Hills. There are 2 large lounge chairs, a fold away dining table and dining chairs. The studio bedroom features a king-size bed, workspace, large sofa, 50" TV, reading lights and USB charging points. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with ice box, microwave and kettle. The private bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet with toiletries provided. Guest access The guest suite is part of our home but is a private annex where guests have their own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and sitting area. The hot tub is located on a raised patio area to the side of the property so that you can take in the uninterrupted views. Other things to note Although it is adjoined to the main house there are are no shared areas so it is listed as an entire place. All guest areas are completely separate from the rest of the property. The property is in the small village of Marchglen a semi-rural area but is within walking distance (800m) of the nearest town of Tillicoultry and is a short drive from Alloa (8 mins, 3 miles), Stirling (15 mins, 8 miles), Falkirk (25 mins, 15 miles, Dunfermline (25 mins, 15 miles), Perth (45 minutes, 30 miles), Edinburgh (45 minutes, 30 miles) and Glasgow (55 minutes, 35 miles). Arriving by car is recommended.
