Pool heating is $150 per day (2 day minimum)and must be booked 24 hours ahead of time to allow for heating. Best of all this centrally located luxury vacation rental is close to ALL the amazing experiences San Diego has to offer. **Please note that routine maintenance is done on the property that includes but not limited to, pool cleanings, garden watering, etc. The home is pristine for these reasons We cannot schedule these around guest check in and check outs due to logistical reasons but will do our best to have the least impact on your stay. No parties or loud events in evening whatsoever and quiet hours must be followed as San Diego has an ordinance. Our pool maintenance team comes on Mondays and Thursdays between 11 a.m. and 2 PM. please keep in mind that they might need to add chemicals or work on the pool/Jacuzzi during those hours.
