Bright three-room apartment in Pantin, on the edge of Paris! Next to Paris by metro station Hoche (Gare du Nord 10 minutes away, République 15 minutes away, Gare de Lyon 30 minutes away), by RER (Gare St Lazare 15 minutes away) or by tram. Quiet, one minute from the edge of the Canal de l 'urcq, a 10-minute walk from Parc de la Villette and the Philharmonie de Paris. It is a nice and family-friendly neighborhood with many shops, the market three times a week, restaurants and bars nearby ( less than 5 minutes walk ).
