We are in the pedestrian zone, close to the Cathedral of Acqui Terme, you will have everything at your fingertips and be able to move around easily just walking. Required documents and signing of short lease contract The space The flat features a living area with a kitchen equipped with a stove and mini fridge, a double bedroom and a mezzanine. Air conditioning is only available in the bedroom. You can make a workstation in case you need one. A small balcony overlooking a small Roman theatre, which hosts musical concerts and film screenings in spring, summer and autumn, completes the equipment. Guest access The pedestrian entrance to the building is from Piazzetta dei Dottori and from Via Capra . Access to the flat is directly from the garage where you can park a motorbike or a small city car (max 3.90 metres length and 1.75 metres width). The driveway entrance is from Piazzetta dei Dottori. Other things to note Inside the flat on your arrival you will find a welcome bottle and snacks to start your stay with a toast. You will also find the house rules with the password for the wifi and instructions for waste collection, an espresso machine with plenty of pods and bottles of water in the fridge and out of the fridge.
