Our unit features a private patio adjacent to the pool and jacuzzi! Just 12 units in the entire building have a private patio! The space NOTE: Location, location, location! We are in the Historic Gaslamp Quarter: Petco Park, Hard Rock Hotel, San Diego Convention Center, the Trolley (just steps away), 5 miles to Coronado Island, 1.5 miles to Little Italy, and only 3 miles from the San Diego Airport. Guest access All of the space and community amenities are for you to use. Other things to note You will have one private garaged parking space with the rental. There is a dog weight limit is 35 with the HOA but we bring our 70 pound dog with no problems and I am ok with dogs over 35 pounds.
