A huge, cozy, private space 20 mins walking/3 mins drive to the beach and shops. The nest is at one end of the 2nd storey and once the door is closed it feels secluded like a little big Nest. A space to enjoy with a wine or relax in a very comfortable bed ready to dream of your next adventure. There’s a TV with chrome cast, a cute sink, small fridge, microwave and kitchenette facilities. The shared toilet is 1 step away and a couple of more steps is the shared bathroom with shower & bath. The space You've found what you were looking for...In walking distance to cafe's, restaurants, a variety of beaches, surfshops and our famous Bells Beach is a 15 min drive. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk. In the heart of Torquay and the beginning of the Great Ocean Road this private enchanted bedroom is upstairs at our family home with a small view of the ocean between the trees. The room has a very comfortable queen size bed and an option for an inflatable single bed mattress on the floor. There is also a fold out single bed next to the TV. Children stay for free. Other guests stay upstairs too. Guest access You have your own large space with kitchenette facilities but you are welcome to use the kitchen if you prefer. Please clean, wash and put away dishes used. During your stay There is a key in the little brown wooden house next to the back door to open the deadlock. At times there may be no-one around and please make yourselves at home. I am always available on my mobile. Other things to note No shoes or sand inside please.. Please enter from Briody drive through wooden gates and then the back door. You are welcome to park your car on the road parallel to the nature strip facing north.
