This modern single-family home is just steps away from Portland's Eastern Promenade with its glorious views of Casco Bay and the islands. Many of the city's best restaurants, cafes, breweries & distilleries are all within a few blocks from the house. Park your car in the private parking spot behind the house and forget about it for a while and enjoy the city! The space The main floor of the house features an open kitchen & living room floor plan which is a perfect spot for friends and family to gather. The living room leads out to a private deck area. The two upstairs bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds. The living room couch folds flat to transform into a comfy single bed. (See pics) Little ones are welcome! If you need a Pack n-Play or a highchair during your stay, please let me know and we will set them up for you. **Out of respect for our tenants & neighbors, no parties are allowed at the house. We welcome groups of up to 4 . Additional overnight guests must be approved in advance. STHR-004947-2022 Guest access All areas of the house are available to our guests. Other things to note There is one parking spot for our guests in the parking lot behind the house. If you are visiting with 2 cars, there is on-street parking available, usually right in front of the house or a couple doors down. *Be mindful of the street cleaning signs, and park on the opposite side of the street that day so you don't get a ticket.
