Smoking in the home will incur a $500 fine + $150 for additional cleaning + additional fines for any damages. - NO PARTIES, of any kind allowed inside the home or on the property. Violation of this rule will be reported to Airbnb, will incur a $1,000 fine, an automatic termination of your reservation, and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. - Please respect the Neighbors and be mindful of your noise levels at all times. The home is in a residential area and quiet hours are in place between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Any fines related to noise will be passed onto the guest. NO PETS of any kind allowed on the property Pool As a courtesy, free of charge, the pool is heated during the winter months up to 75 degrees (Oct-April). Please let us know if you would like the pool heated above 75 degrees, at additional cost. Excessive Cleaning if place left filthy with trash everywhere: $250 fine No pet's allowed violation will incurred a $150 fine + $100 additional cleaning fee + additional fines for any damages.
