Located in between Tampa & Orlando, but also 7 miles from downtown Lakeland. Near many local restaurants/bars, live music & “The Yard on Mass” (local beer garden with lawn activities & food trucks) . 45 miles from Clearwater beach & less than that to Disney World. Message me for any other recommendations! Lakeland Native The space Cozy spot in a popular area of Lakeland. Relax in the screened in patio area next to the propane fire pit with a book or a beverage. The spa is clean & ready to use for 6 people or less. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Plenty to do in the house or near by. Other things to note -Please understand we are in close proximity to canals and undeveloped land. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our neighborhood and/or in and around our home, including; but not limited to: bobcats, cougars, snakes, alligators, frogs, geckos, birds, bees, wasps, noseeums, mosquitoes, spiders, fire ants, crickets, bugs, roaches/palmetto bugs, roly-polys, and silverfish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do spray in advance in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs; however, we cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
