PLEASE NOTE: This private guest room is not a cottage. One bedroom with a 160 comfort bed and the possibility of adding three extra beds. You can heat up (microwave) and keep cool (private fridge). You don't have a stovetop. You have dishes, dish towels, dish soap. Breakfast available for an extra charge: 10 (adults) and 7 (children) from 2 to 6 years old. Possibility of preparing a full, homemade picnic on request The space Duplex bed and breakfast of 63 square meters. The accommodation consists of an upstairs bedroom with a 160 cm bed, separable into two 80 cm beds (on request). In this room, it is possible to add a single extra bed on request, and possibly a crib (free). Mobile air cooler, available in the room as well as fans. Staircase from the laundry room and leading to the bedroom and private bathroom. The living room, on the ground floor, with the possibility of two extra beds for 2 people, in the sofa bed 160. These beds are two extra beds. All sleeping in the extra beds are 15 euros per person without breakfast and 25 euros with breakfast. In total, 5 adults or ONE single family from the SAME group can be accommodated. You have two private terraces with side awning, sunshade, parasol, deckchairs and access to the orchard. During a stay of 4 or 5 people, from the same group, breakfast will be served in another space, where you will be in complete tranquility. We will be there for service only. Breakfast is an optional and optional service, so it adjusts on site at the end of your stay. Guest access Our guests have access to a laundry area, washing machine, fridge, microwave, and a living room, on the ground floor, and upstairs, a hallway, bathroom, and bedroom. We live there, but on the other side of the house and you have private entrances, just for you.
