Let the year-round water rapids wash away your stress. 10+ acres on both sides of Pine Creek, the only outside world you will see is momma deer with her babies yet downtown is only 1.5 miles away. Jump on the ORV & Snowmobile trails on site +walking/biking/hike/boat access/golf/parks nearby. NO SMOKING The space Allow Mother Nature to provide a relaxing stress-free environment and us to provide a cabin, that is luxurious but still cozy, for you to experience the beautiful Upper Peninsula! The lower level primary bedroom features a textured wall, full dresser, and a makeup table with stool. The loft upstairs features two built-in beds with drawers underneath, an additional dresser, an open sitting & play area including games, puzzles, and a TV for PlayStation and DVD's. All with a modern stainless steel cable railing. Another space to enjoy is the bar! Custom bar with comfort barstools by Ashley Furniture. Living room has two couches, a TV with Fire Stick 4K and an electric fireplace console. New BUNN coffee maker with coffee....because, I understand LOL. Water Filtration System has been installed and is maintained. No smoking/e-cigarettes/vaping inside. Guest access You have access to the full cabin, inside and out! There is a detached garage that is not included or accessible. Plenty of parking available year round. Included is the fire wood, grill over fire, outdoor seating with table, picnic table, and multiple other items listed "Other Details". The brand will change so if your bougie you may bring your own ;-) INCLUDED: Fire wood, grill over fire, grilling/marshmallow skewers, outdoor games, board games, card games, Playstation games, some DVD's, drinking water, fans, temperature control. AVAILABLE BY REQUEST: Air mattress, cot, A/C (if under 75 degrees), bedding changes. For a fee: cleaning during your stay and additional fire wood.
