Unit is on the 1st floor/ground floor and faces the resort / pool area. The unit has a screened in Lanai with seating and a bistro set with chairs & table. There is also a queen size pull-out couch in the living room for extra bedding. See photos to better understand the furnishings and layout of unit. The unit is in a gated community with dedicated covered parking (guest parking also available). Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo, the Naples Bay Club amenities including family pool with waterfall and zero entry (great for the young ones), lazy river, lap pool, adult only pool and hot tubs. There is a state-of-art fitness center, aerobics room, full service spa (additional fees apply), saunas, steam room and tennis courts. The Blue Water Bar & Grill services food and drinks poolside all day. A free shuttle bus service runs morning thru night from the resort to (5th Ave & Third street) dining and shopping, and to the local beach. Other things to note RESORT FEES - PAYABLE BY THE GUEST AT RESORT CHECK-IN (this is per booking / group not per person): 1) May 1st - October 31st = Resort Administration fee of $100 (one-time fee) and Daily resort fee of $45 + 7% tax per day 2) November 1st - April 30th = Resort Administration fee of $200 (one-time fee) and Daily resort fee of $55 + 7% tax per day 3) For stays 30 days to 6 months, the fee will be $1,000 plus the administration fee 4) For stays 6 months to a year, the fee will be $2,000 plus the administration fee
