Sencilla Private Villa w/ Pool & Beach

A villa consisting mostly with neutral hues, simplicity and minimal design that creates a bold statement. This style is what makes it "SENCILLA" (simple). A concrete, wood and metal rustic design that takes you to a natural state of being minimalist. Located at the hilltop uncommercialized sitio in Laiya with trees & sea views bringing the calmness and peaceful feeling that you need to recharge mind, body and soul. The place has its own 4ft - 6ft depth vanishing edge plunge pool. The space It has 2 rooms with air-conditioning units and can comfortably accommodate up to 16pax: -2 bunk beds per room (queen size beds with 4 pillows, linens and flatsheet) -2 outdoor (right beside each room) bathroom with shampoo and body wash -Patio / Outdoor Living area with fire pit for marshmallows and cold night chill bonding moments (₱200/hr) -55inch Smart TV with Netflix app and Youtube (for Videoke 8am-10pm only) equipped with bluetooth speaker and 2 wireless microphone -Outdoor Kitchen and Dining equipped with cookware & dinnerware, gas stove, refrigerator, pop-up toaster, microwave, electric kettle, airfryer and coffee maker -Charcoal Smoker and Griller (bring ur own charcoal) -Purified Drinking Water (1 container of 5 gallons free) -1 Car Parking Garage (additional parking space available outside the villa with minimal fee) -Fiber Wifi Internet connection (Converge and PLDT) -No Smoking inside the villa -Pets allowed but should be added on the guest list as we charge for cleaning fee and maximum of 2 pets -Bring your own towel, only body wash and shampoo are provided Beach Access_Private Shore Accessible in two ways from the villa: 1. Newly added walk trail, more manageable compared to stairs access 2. Stairs of about 170 steep steps down the shore 2. 5-10 mins drive (semi-rough to rough road) private beach for swimming and snorkeling (not accessible when its raining) Other things to note Weak/Poor to NO phone signal but the place has a strong wifi connection. WIFI CALLING (phone settings) can also be activated to be able to receive calls and text messages.
